Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Odo. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the vehicle data and photos you add. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service's features to you — including generating AI renders and value assessments you request.

Market value assessments, repair quote checks, and AI-generated renders are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as a professional appraisal, a guarantee of repair pricing, or financial advice. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.

• Premium features are offered through a paid subscription (monthly or annual).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your App Store account.
• You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Applicable refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store.
• Premium usage allowances (such as monthly market value checks, quote checks, and AI Studio renders) reset each billing month and do not roll over.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, circumvent usage limits, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
