How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Odo → Cancel. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly in the app from your Profile settings, or email us at support@try-odo.com from your account email. Deletion permanently removes all your vehicles, expenses, photos, renders, and personal data.

How accurate are market value assessments?

Assessments are AI-generated estimates based on your vehicle's details and current market data for your region. They're a strong reference point, but not a professional appraisal — always confirm with an appraiser before a major transaction.

Why did my quote check or render not use up my allowance?

If a generation fails on our side, it doesn't count toward your monthly allowance. If you believe you were charged an allowance in error, contact us and we'll look into it.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same account, open the Premium screen, and tap "Restore purchase". Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID via the App Store.
